...to Neasa Maria Yoga, home of Hatha Yoga teacher, Neasa O'Grady, practicing in Galway. Here we are dedicated to nurturing the yoga practices of individuals with varied strengths, interests and goals and of course introducing the benefits of yoga to many more. 

 The next ten week Beginners Yoga term will start Thursday April 4th from 6.30 to 7.30pm. There are still places available in the  Improvers Yoga Class running every Tuesday at the usual time of 7 to 8pm. To book your place in either class or find out more details go to Contact.
